KENDALL COUNTY – Bandera resident Edgar Clayton Miller III was given 20 indictments for possession of child pornography, along with a recommended bond of $1 million for each indictment totaling $20 million.
During the investigation by the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office, Kendall County Adult Probation, and the Kendall County Criminal District Attorney’s Office, Kendall County Criminal District Attorney Nicole Bishop stated that at least 20 images of child pornography were found in Miller’s possession.
“Any person who possesses pornographic images of children for their own self-gratification support the exploitation of the most innocent victims,” said District Attorney Bishop. “We work every day here to protect our children and will continue to use every resource available to identify and charge anyone who exploits when in such a way.”
Miller received his indictments from the Kendall County Grand Jury on Monday following his arrest which was a result of the multi-agency investigation.
