KERRVILLE – According to officials on Friday, March 29th, around 10:45 a.m., a man in his mid-30’s was driving a maroon Chevy Malibu at a fast rate of speed from Gillespie County to Kerrville.
It appears the driver unexpectedly lost control of his vehicle when the right front tire came off. This caused the man to plummet down into a ravine, hitting several cedar trees along the way.
It is unclear what caused the tire to come off the vehicle at this time. The driver suffered from head and arm injuries.
