CENTER POINT, Texas – A man from Stone Mountain, Georgia was arrested Friday, April 5th, 2019 after the Kerr County Sheriff Office says he was attempting to traffic four females into Center Point for prostitution purposes.
Jemadari Chinua Williams allegedly arranged for the transportation of 4 female prostitutes for $6,000 to Center Point (for sex) to an undercover peace officer, according to a press release from the Kerr County Sheriff Office.
“KCSO Narcotics had information that Williams, 37, of Stone Mountain, GA, was trafficking females to the Kerr County area for prostitution purposes,” said the release.
Williams was arrested on several charges, including Aggravated Promotion of Prostitution, Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity (promotion prostitution), and Manufacture or Deliver a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 under 1 gram (methamphetamine).
According to the release, four females were also arrested for Possession of a controlled substance (heroin).
Their names are Chelsea Hogan, 27, of San Antonio, Nicole Mendoza, 30, of Moses Lake Washington, Julia Anderson, 35, of San Antonio, and Maria Luna, 42, of Laredo.
Hogan was also charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 3 over 28 grams (acetaminophen and tramadol/hydrochloride).
The agencies involved in the arrests are Kerr County Criminal Investigation Division, Texas Department of Public Safety, and the Fredericksburg Police Department Narcotics division.
