KERRVILLE — A Kerrville man has been arrested after allegedly brandishing a handgun during an assault on his girlfriend on April 7th, 2019.
According to Sgt. Chuck Bocock with the Kerrville Police Department, officers were dispatched to a residence in the 1000 block of Paschal Avenue for a disturbance between a male and female at 1:30 a.m. Sunday morning.
When officers arrived, they were advised that 25-year-old Dominik Chilleri had assaulted the female and that during the course of the assault, he had brandished a handgun, according to the Kerrville Police Department.
The female reportedly had visible injuries (some abrasions) and Chilleri was placed under arrest for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
Chilleri remains in the Kerr County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon is a second-degree felony with a punishment range of up to 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000.
